Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy describes how paid engagements for Tech Orbit's media buying services are activated, managed, upgraded, downgraded and cancelled. It supplements our Terms of Service, Billing Policy and Refund Policy.
1. What an engagement includes
A Tech Orbit engagement grants the named organization campaign management services on the tier you selected for the duration of the paid term, including the platforms managed (Meta, TikTok, Taboola, Google Ads), reporting cadence and seat count documented at the time of purchase.
2. Activation
Engagements activate immediately upon successful payment and completion of ad account access setup. The billing contact on the workspace receives an email confirmation containing the plan, billing cycle, renewal date and invoice link. Campaign planning typically begins within a few business days of activation.
3. Term and renewal
Monthly engagements renew every calendar month; annual engagements renew every twelve (12) months. Renewals are automatic and processed against the payment method on file. You may switch between monthly and annual billing at any time; the change takes effect at the start of the next term.
4. Upgrades
You may upgrade to a higher-tier engagement at any time from the dashboard, for example to add platforms or increase reporting frequency. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we charge a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
5. Downgrades
Downgrades to a lower-tier engagement take effect at the end of the current billing period. Downgrading may reduce the platforms managed, reporting frequency or seat count; please export any reports before the downgrade takes effect.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel an active engagement at any time from the workspace settings or by emailing contact@techorbitbd.com from the billing contact address. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; the engagement remains active until the end of the current paid term and is not pro-rated. Refunds, if any, are governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Pausing
Annual clients may request a single engagement pause of up to ninety (90) days per term by writing to contact@techorbitbd.com — campaigns are paused on the relevant ad platforms for the duration. The remaining term is extended by the length of the pause. Monthly engagements cannot be paused — cancel and re-engage instead.
8. Trials and promotional access
From time to time we offer trial audits or promotional rates on new engagements. Trial terms — duration and conversion behaviour — are disclosed at sign-up. At the end of a trial, the engagement converts to the corresponding paid plan unless cancelled before the conversion date.
9. Seat and workspace management
Each plan includes a defined number of workspace seats for your team. Workspace owners can invite, remove and reassign seats from the dashboard. Adding seats beyond the included count incurs a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the current term.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an engagement for non-payment, material breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, or to comply with applicable law. Wherever possible we will notify the billing contact in advance and provide a reasonable opportunity to cure the issue.
11. Effect of termination
On termination, our access to your ad accounts is revoked, active campaign management ends, and the workspace enters a 30-day grace window during which the billing contact may export reports and data. After the grace window, client content is permanently deleted from production systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to billing contacts at least thirty (30) days before they take effect and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
