Billing Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026 · Effective date: June 30, 2026
This Billing Policy describes how Tech Orbit invoices, charges and administers management fees for its media buying services. It supplements our Terms of Service and Subscription Policy.
1. Fees and pricing
Tech Orbit charges a management fee for planning, launching and optimising advertising campaigns, in addition to the ad spend placed on Meta, TikTok, Taboola, Google Ads or other platforms on your behalf. Current pricing and engagement tiers are shared during onboarding and form part of your agreement with us at the time of purchase.
2. Currency
Clients based in Bangladesh are invoiced in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). International clients are invoiced in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise on the invoice. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will perform the conversion at its prevailing exchange rate; we do not control those rates or any associated fees.
3. Payment methods
For Bangladeshi clients we accept local bank transfer and mobile financial services alongside major cards. For international clients we accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely by our payment partner. Larger engagements may request invoiced billing on Net 30 terms, subject to a signed order form.
4. Billing cycles
Monthly management fees are charged in advance on the calendar day of the month corresponding to the engagement start date. Annual engagements are charged in advance on the anniversary of the start date. Ad spend is billed separately by each advertising platform directly, or passed through by us depending on the account setup agreed at onboarding.
5. Renewals
Engagements renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate for your plan unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal reminders are sent by email at least seven (7) days before an annual renewal.
6. Failed payments
If a charge fails, we will retry the payment up to three (3) times over a ten (10) day window and notify the billing contact by email. If the payment is not collected within the retry window, active campaign optimisation may be paused until the balance is settled.
7. Taxes
Stated fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies or duties. Where Tech Orbit is required to collect VAT, GST or similar taxes, they will be added to the invoice and shown as a separate line item. Clients are responsible for any withholding taxes imposed by their jurisdiction.
8. Invoices and receipts
PDF invoices and receipts are emailed automatically to the billing contact after every successful charge and are also available from the dashboard, alongside campaign performance exports. Clients may update their billing contact, tax ID and invoice address at any time from the workspace settings.
9. Price changes
We may adjust management fee rates from time to time. Existing engagements are protected from price increases for the remainder of the current billing term. Material price changes affecting future renewals will be communicated by email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
10. Ad spend handling
Depending on the account setup agreed at onboarding, ad spend is either billed directly by the advertising platform to the client's own payment method, or funded through Tech Orbit and passed through at cost. This is agreed in writing before any campaign goes live.
11. Disputes
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact contact@techorbitbd.com within thirty (30) days of the invoice date with the invoice ID and a description of the dispute. Undisputed amounts remain due on the original schedule.
12. Contact
Billing questions should be sent to contact@techorbitbd.com or to Tech Orbit, 31/3 West Senpara Parbata, Mirpur Model, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh.
