Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Tech Orbit uses cookies and similar technologies on techorbitbd.com and the Tech Orbit client workspace (together, the "Services"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. Tech Orbit has used a minimal-cookies approach since the company was founded in 2024, and that posture is unchanged.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently and to provide information to the site operator. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage and conversion pixels — perform comparable functions and are covered by this policy.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary
These cookies and storage items are required to operate the Services: authenticating your session, remembering your passcode-based login, protecting against cross-site request forgery and maintaining workspace selection. You cannot disable these and continue to use the platform.
Preferences
We store a small number of preference items locally — for example, your last-used dashboard view or whether you have dismissed an in-product announcement. These are first-party only and contain no personal identifiers beyond what is needed to remember your choice.
First-party analytics and conversion pixels
We use a privacy-respecting, first-party analytics setup to understand how clients use the platform so we can improve it. Separately, when we manage advertising campaigns for a client, that client's own conversion pixels (for example, a Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Google Ads tag) may be installed on the client's own properties as part of the service — this is disclosed and agreed with the client directly, and is distinct from cookies used on techorbitbd.com itself.
What we do not do
We do not run third-party advertising cookies on techorbitbd.com. We do not sell behavioural data. We do not use cookies on our own site to build cross-site advertising profiles of our visitors.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block all cookies, accept only first-party cookies or clear cookies when you close the browser. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Services from functioning correctly — you will not be able to stay signed in.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services and reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
